Welcome to my blog.
The Title of this blog is The Loser to Win Everything, as you have noticed.
It has a reason.
I want to be the loser, the loser who want to get rid from her over weight, want to shed shed some pounds and tone her body and be the ultimate winner by achieving her goal.
Actually, during my childhood, I was slim, I used to play, run , bicycling a lot. But at my teen age I stop to do these. I have always fascination on reading novels, so I used to just read and read more novels and watching TV, playing Video games just sitting or lying on couch or bed.
And, also my SPECIAL fascination on fast food has to be mentioned.
All these increases my over weight and odd sized body.
At a time I did not care much about this, BUT now I have the inner feeling to do something.
Last year I shed about 10 kgs just by exercising. This year I got my job and hardly had any time to exercise. So, I stated dieting without exercising, BUT, again due to some reason I did not continued, although I shed 3 kgs just in 15 days after I have started dieting.
The reason is, I was not enough honest on my dieting
SO, now I have decided to start this blog to keep record on my dieting and exercising. I know, I have to spend some time on internet, and there are also some idle time while I normally surf; so why not make the most use of this idle time.
If you start writing blog you have to be honest. Because, you can lie to myself but can’t lie to your inner self who will be writing this.
I don’t know whether anyone will read this or not, but, I will keep recording
